Doesn't look like it, according to the website, and My experience in Spain is that all the banks are Spanish, only.

I have never seen or heard of that bank here in Spain. Sue isn't strictly correct about foreign banks. There are foreign banks in Spain but they are from other EU countries, mainly Britain, but they will operate under the law of the country.
There may be a branch in Gibraltar but that isn't Spain.
