What is day to day life like in spain for a teen?

like a plan from the time they wake up to the time they go to bed.

Partly depends where you live in Spain but generally school starts at 8am so quick breakfast and a usual rush to catch the school bus; mid-morning break then lunch around 1pm; finish school around 2.30pm during the summer; home for a quick snack; evening meals tend to be eaten quite late compared to, say, the UK - around 9pm.
If you live in the towns or cities there's always plenty to do & places to meet friends. My family live in the countryside about 4k from the nearest small town so are dependent on parents or parents of friends for transport.
In the larger towns there are multi-screen cinemas with new releases. If you're looking for English language films look for the ones marked "Lengua original" (I think that's how it's spelt).

Many in my village get up early for school and in the afternoon they help out at home or hang around down by the beach with their friends. Pretty much the same as kids everywhere.
