Can anyone recommend a good project manager in Almeria Spain?

Have an apartment we need remodelled and looking for an honest relaiable contractor...

Due to laws etc. in Spain re this type of work it麓s a minefield.
You麓ve got to be on site and check out everyone offering this service by seeing if they are on official registers of companies etc.
If you do get any responses giving recommendations, ask for at least four previous clients you can check with. Mind you make sure these are real.
My strongest advice is be at your apartment for a while, check local Spanish builders and ask around locally using previous mentioned criteria.

Whoever does job make sure you麓ve a good binding contract signed at Notary with finish dates, prices etc clearly defined.
