Hostel In Barcelona?!?

My friend is taking me and 8 others to Barcelona for her 18th.

She is booking us to stay in a hostel.

Should we be worried? Has anyone ever stayed in a hostel abroad?

no! many hostels are fine and good value for money. however if you know that name of the hostel, would recommend using tripadvisor.com to check it out, its very good as it has reviews from other people that have stayed there.

ive stayed in hostels all over europe you should be fine.
