I prefer raw oyster. Nelson- http://www.harlequin.co.nz/menu/Restaura... the sebel hotel in Tauranga has good oysters, fresh opened (rare) The Bluff Oyster Festival is a must attend event. we usedto go to one in napier...i thik thats how you spell it...cant remember the the name of the cafe...but they served those lovely black lipped oysters real big ones...i used to eat 4 doz at a time...bloody lovely ....seamanab ...slurp probaly somewhere near Bluff |
