Does anyone know if it's essential to have 6 months remaining on passport to travel to Mexico from the UK?

I've just found the best holiday leaving on Sunday but only have 5 months remaining on my British passport! Help!

No, it is not. You can use the site below to check. Just enter your nationality and destination and click for the info...you will see that it says you need a passport, but there are no restrictions on that passpot. On this site, when there are any restrictions, it ALWAYS says so.
