My mother plans on traveling to mexico (mazatlan) to stay with family while she undergoes surgery....?

she wants to have gastric bypass surgry in mazatlan,how can i find a list of docters performing this type of surgery in mazatlan? Ive tried googling surgery/mazatlan but only come up with the same two docters names,is their another way to get a list of available surgeons in that area?

Unfortuntely, the WWW is not utilized nearly as extensively in Mexico for commercial advertising as it is in the USA.

The majority of small Mexican businesses, including medical, just do not advertise on the Web.

If your Moms family lives in Mazatlan, why not have them do some leg/phone work and help your Mom in finding a doctor?

A bit of advise from experience ok?....
Have your Mom make sure she is a good candidate for this type of surgery from her personal doctor BEFORE she agrees to any procedures done.
