How did they offer you the job? You should call them to be sure. Torreon is not a bad city, and the people is friendly.
Be sure that the offer is not a scam, go an check it first. Take a trip there with a friend and see if you like it.
You can google the school and see if it really exists.

Torre贸n is a good city. But you must be careful always and everywhere (not only there).
