If we want to have a nice beach in Cancun or near by Cancun what is a good spot to stay.?

Mayan Riviera (Riviera Maya in spanish) is an archaeological zone located along the coast in the Caribbean sea very near of Cancun.

The Riviera Maya is nice & you have Xcaret close by & Xel-Ha for entertainment.

Here's a map of the hotel zone in Cancun. Any spot along the hotel zone is nice & there are local busses that take you up & down the hotel zone for a couple of bucks instead of getting ripped off $10-$20 by a taxi every time you feel like going to the shops or clubs. The Hotels & some shops also offer tour packages that will take you to Xcaret or Xel-Ha..along with other tours that are pretty cool. The Shopping & Club area is by the Hyatt Regency & there are other shops about 5 minutes from there also.
