Business Hours in mexico city?

I have to do a project on a business in Mexico city. I was wondering what the typical hours of a post office in a mexican city was. I would really appreciate any information someone could give me.

This is only an example, from a place I know.
Post office located at the World Trade Center in Mexico City (Insurgentes):
9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday

An 8 hour workshift like in the US officially. Usually you come in at 9 or 10 am and leave around 4 or 5 pm.

However many mexicans have the habit of arriving to their job late, take 2 hour lunch breaks and then leave work early. It could depend a lot on what is your job and what's your boss like.
