Question about Bolivia?

can someone tell me if.. bolivia is a good country to live?? if yes... what city?? can i won o lot money with my carrer of engineering..?? does anyone go to bolivia and know how is the life in there?
please help..

Things in Bolivia are a little complicated. First of all, the country is split in two factions. One, the highland faction, supports Evo Morales (the current president and former Coca grower) and the other, the jungle faction, is against Evo Morales. The economic situation has not been very good and the business climate in not exactly pro free-enterprise, so the labor situation is probably not the best at this time. With engineering, your best bet is to look for mining, which puts you smack in the middle of the highlands; unless it is agricultural engineering in which case you could work in the area of Santa Cruz (jungle) which is nicer than La Paz (the capital).
