Is there a bus service from Tegucigalpa to San Salvador or Managua?

I wish to travel to San Salvador but flight connections are not convienient, i plan to visit from Miami-San Salvador then go to Tegucigalpa and then to Managua and back to Miami, pls advise

There are several bus services that travel between those three countries. The better known ones are NicaBus, TransNica and TicaBus. All buses are large, come with air conditioning, ect.

Using TransNica: There is no route from San Salvador to Tegucigalpa, but you can catch the TransNica bus from San Salvador to Managua and then from Managua to Tegucigalpa and catch a plane from there to Miami. The plane ride from Tegucigalpa to Miami is shorted than from Managua.

TransNica is the best, is my opinion. The service is better and the bus is better as well. Prices are cheaper than the other two i mentioned. From San Salvador to Managua it only costs $25; from Managua to Tegucigalpa it costs $20.

Yes. There are bus services. I have used them many times. It is a very nice way to travel throughout Central America. I would recommend King Quality or TicaBus. You can travel from San Salvador to Tegucigalpa and then from Tegus to Managua. I don't think there is anything direct from San Salvador to Managua that doesn't stop in Tegus. Have a great trip!
