I would like to work in latin america as a security contractor, any suggesstions?

There are several different contractors down here. You might want to try website for Dyncorp or www.militaryhire.com . ITT website may even have some openings.

good luck

yes? go ahead no any question for future

Do you mean working as an individual or as the owner of a company providing security?

As an individual:
If you are bilingual I suspect that it would not be too difficult to find work. The problem is, that unless you brought something very special to the table you would be making the same salary as an ex-military individual from a Latin American
country which would often be 'much less' than you might imagine.

Even if you were to obtain the proper work visas and permits through your employer, you, being a foreigner would always be the target of harassment by local and national police as well as a host of other government entities.

As the owner of a security business: You would be responsible and liable for anything your employees did.Believe me when I say, the risks in either case is definitely not worth the reward.

My suggestion would be to apply to my ex-employer.The pay is 'much better' and being bi-lingual I had my choice of assignments throughout Latin America.
