Trip to Cali Colombia?

I am planning a trip to Cali, Colombia around my birthday in April. I have been to Bogota for a few days, but only had an average experience, because I did not plan it very well. So I hope to plan my trip to Cali better. My primary reason for going to Cali is for fun and relax. I am a single white man, 32, no kids, never married.. so finding a beautiful girlfriend in Cali would be a great secondary reason for this trip. I am traveling alone, but I am experienced in traveling alone. And I know that Cali is safe. My questions are what nice hotels can i find in safe places around $60-$80 a night, and will allow guests overnight? I was very surprised that for the same price in Bogota, that I was not allowed to have guests in my room for the night!! What are some great restaraunts I should go? What are some nice tourist places(musuem, parks, etc) to check out? What are some of the best discos? I prefer techno and reggaeton. I do not like salsa much. Should I go for 1 week or 2?

O.K. be sure to go to all the malls because they are so different(well not really) to some of the malls in the U.S. Go to restaurants in malls which can turn out to be good. One of my favorite restaurants there is Primos, a place where they serve delicious hamburgers and other food. For ice cream, go to Mimos, so good. You should definetely visit the cathedral by the river. You should go to Las Tres Cruces, but I would NOT go alone as it can sometimes not be safe. Cristo Rey is also a mountain. It's not very exciting but still interesting. As for hotels, I have never had to stay in one because of my family, but I know that the Intercontinental Hotel en Cali is a very good Hotel as is the Cali Plaza. I don't know if you can have guests overnights. There are many other places to go to. by the way, I don't know if the hotels that I mentioned are cheap, but they are still good. Hope this helps!!!!

By "guests" I assume you mean those of the female variety that only stick around for one night? No idea I'm afraid, but probably most hotels would turn a blind eye.

The women in cali are stunning that's true. All their body bits are fake sadly.
