Learn Latin American countries with songs?

I remember a song in my 6th grade social studies class and my 9th grade spanish class that it was a latino lady singing the countries in spanish and it was all of south america and central america

caracas, venenzuala, bogota, columbia....

Hey I am a teacher and I know a song that can help you, it's called "Canto a las Americas" and the chorus went something like:
"Costa Rica, Haiti, Nicaragua, Cuba y El Salvador;
Uruguay, Venezuela y Honduras, Guatemala, etc"
