What do you think about Sardegna? |
have you ever been it? I was born in Sardegna (sardinia) and i lived there since I was 19 years old. It's a very beautiful place to get holidays, especially the north - west , like Alghero, Sassari,Sorso,Porto Torres, Castelsardo. I've been there. Really amazing place, an earthen heaven. Wonderful towns, beaches, sea, sun... I have really wonderful memories of my Sardinia's vacation great sea, and full of story..It was a kingdom before...i suggest you go... Yes, I've been there for my honeymoon.....it's fantastic....bellissima, I want to go there again.... I passed most of my holidays there because I think it is the most beautiful place of italy to pass summer holidays (I'm italian) Me ne sono innamorata.. I lived in Santa Teresa di Gallura for 3 1/2 years (Via Tevere #6). I was stationed on Santo Stefano (U.S. Navy) on the submarine repair ship, USS H.W. Gilmore AS-16 from 1973 -1976. I got to go back to Santa Teresa for 10 days while my ship was in Naples in July of 1979. I really miss it. If I could retire anyplace in the world (besides the U.S.) I'd go to Sardinia. I loved the island, the people, the way of life...everything about it! |
