Italo-clubs in Italy?

Americans are a well-travelled and wealthy people, does anybody know if there is any great italo-clubs in italy to visit?

Ok, but is there any classic clubs that one really must have to visit. I want to party.

There are many Sardigna club spread over Italy.
That clubs are called "circoli sardi" and are a meeting poin for people from Sardinia spead in Italy.
Usually are like small bars.

Yab in Florence. There were some Italian celebrities there when I was there.
