Is Good Friday a builders holiday in ireland this year?

Good Friday is not a bank holiday, however, builders do not work on that day.
I have to work, but I won't be getting double pay, as Easter Monday is the official bank holiday over the Easter period.

Most places close as a mark of respect for the day, but it only a religious festival, and not officially a national one.
