Do I have to bring any dressy clothes to Ireland in March? |
I am going to Ireland in the middle of March. Should I bring any dressy clothes? and does any one have any suggestions what to wear, and what to bring. Its my first time over there!! Bring six dresses and 5 white socks... The customs wont let you through without them bring warm clothes & plenty of money believe it or not women dont go around in old shawls fashion here is as up to date as any where march is a strange month here warm one day baltic the next that is where the phrase you can get the 4 seasons in one day comes from lol Dressy? Depends on whether or not you're planning on going to the opera and /or classy restaurants. Bring a raincoat! Something to keep the wind out and plenty of casual stuff. Leave room in your case for a big jumper from Avoca! Yes bring dressy clothes...people dont go around ireland wearing rags, its a very fashionable place It depends where you will be going, yes people dress up going to the pub and stuff in the evenings. Bring plenty of money cos Ireland is quite expensive. If you are changing dollars to euro it will cost you a fortune at the current exchange rate! Enjoy your trip anyway, come to my house for tea!!! The fashion in Ireland is way better than US. We are way ahead of US. So yes bring nice clothes, for dining or having a drink at the weekend. |
