What else is there to do in germany?

http://travelwisergermany.blogspot.com/

There is so much to do I do not even know where to start!!

Where are you exactly and are you there now or going there soon? Depending on the time of year and place you go will depend on the different events that you could go see, such as in Weimar every Oct 1st weekend they have the Onion Market or Zweibal Markt. Bavaria has the famous Oktoberfest of course.

There are great Castles to see, architecture to look at, museums and great coffee shops and food. The people are friendly and polite as long as you are.

So thats really all I can tell you for now.

chat with people from different countries. go out and do some activities. Are you in Germany now?

Drink Beer!

Tough question.
If you want to have a shortlist of cities to see, you should go for the following ones:

Berlin
(Cologne)
Frankfurt
(Hamburg)
Munich

You cannot go wrong with these.
Yet there is quite a number of other cities worth seeing. Among those:

Bonn
Hannover
Heidelberg
Kiel
Stuttgart

.. really depends on what you want to do.
