Good place to go in france???

any suggestion of top tourist site in france

Depends what you want. Everywhere in France is beautiful.
I have holidayed in lots of places there. Corsica is my favourite. Having wonderful beaches, mountains, villages, food is simply wonderful. Corsica is small, so you can get to all these different places quite easily if you hire a car. But then all these things can be found elsewhere in France.
If you want to go close to UK try Brittany especially if you have children.

Have a look at these web sites. I think you will find what you are looking for. Also France is very popular with the camping companies such as Eurocamp, Thomson Alfresco. are just 2 of them.
Hope this info is helpful.

NORMANDY, stay away from Paris, Bellow Woods.

I've read that one of the top tourist destinations in France outside of Paris is Mont St. Michelle in Normandy. I've been to France several times and here's another must see destination.

erm, From the top of my head.

The louvre, the big arch in paris (I forgot its name), Eiffel tower, Normandy (If you like old battlefields), and that big glass pyrimid (is that part of the louvre?).

The riviera

Personally the first place where I take my students to (other than Paris which is awesome as there is so much to see and do) is the Loire Valley. It is stunningly beautiful with numerous castles to visit, gorgeous gardens, and shows the evolution of French culture and History along the centuries, including cameos such as Leonardo da Vinci's dwelling and inventions.
The food there is excellent and it also is an area where a variety of wines are made.
