Counterfiet goods?? in france??

i know europe does not allow counterfiet goods into the country. Does this only apply to branded items like LV, gucci, etc?? does plastic looking leather wallet consider as fake or conterfiet?? or it is more like a fake gucci bag??

also, is there major restriction in terms of what i can bring into france?? like erm food?? etc??

Also, im a student and i only bought a one way ticket, is it allowed??

Counterfiet goods is anything with a logo on it that is not genuine regardless whether it is leather or plastic.

One way ticket restriction depends on where you a from:

France Passport & Visa Requirements
Passport/Visa Note: Visitors, other than EEA state members, are advised to hold a return or onward ticket and proof of financial means. The borderless region known as the Schengen area includes the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, The Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden. All these countries issue a standard Schengen visa that has a multiple entry option that allows the holder to travel freely within the borders of all.

First of all, immigration and customs inspections when arriving in France are very cursory and not detailed. In all my travels through Charles de Gaulle airport, I have rarely seen an immigration officer pose questions to people entering France. I have never seen a customs agent searching the bags of arriving passengers.

If you are coming into France with only personal belongings and you can prove you are a student (carte de sejour, inscription at your school), you have nothing to worry about, even if you have a one-way ticket.

As far as what food you can bring in, I'm not too sure. To be safe, don't bring in any raw or unprocessed foods (meats, fruits and vegetables). Be aware that in Paris there are many immigrants from many different countries and you should be able to find easily products from anywhere in Africa, the Middle East and Asia.

No country allows any counterfeit goods in.
Anything at the swap meet with a fancy label is fake.
