Does "cherchez la forme." have another meaning besides seek the form?

Does "cherchez la forme" have another meaning besides "seek the form"? Such as a slang form possibly? What does it mean in France? Thank you.

Much more common:

Cherchez la femme = Search for the woman

cherchez la femme is not a french expression at all.

"cherchez la forme" is not really an expression either, even as a slang one.
Y ou are right, it means seek the form.

In french, "锚tre en forme" means "to be in good shape" so "forme" can also mean "health" so it could mean "seek the health".

I am wondering if you did not find that in an exercise. Is thats right, it means "seek the right sentence" or "seek the good way to express .... in french"

I am French and "cherchez la forme "want to say NOTHING there is" etre en forme" or of something else in type but not "cherchez la forme
