What is the best place to visit in Ostend, Belgium?

Going to Ostend next month for a long weekend.

try the tram, it takes you to De Panne, on the French / Belgian Border. i've been to Ostend a few times, as someone said not a lot to do, But if you love Belgian Chocolate, your love ostend, visit the hypermarket, out pass the airport- great Supermarket.

You're kidding, RIGHT? Do you even know what you are talking about? It's a PORT... and There is NOTHING IN Oostend but sand and marine facilities... Just stay on the bus or train and head for Bruxelles or Paris.

Hi Leo. If you like or want to sample a wide range range of Belgian beer, then the Cafe Bottletje in Louisa Straat is the place to go. It also has it's own reasonably priced hotel and restaurant attached.
