Reasons:
-Rio de Janeiro is over crowded; Florian贸polis is not.
-Rio is always warm; Floripa have a mild winter to break the warm.
-Rio is dangerous; Floripa is not.
-Rio doesn麓t have lots of beaches; Floripa have 100.
-Rio is a bay; Floripa an island.
-People from Floripa are much more civilized then Rio.
