Is the cost ov living in Austria expensive?

i live here and i travel a lot, so i think it is about the same as the US, maybe 20 % more expensive than australia
For example:
1 liter milk 0.79-1.09 Euro
1 liter petrol around 1Euro
dinner for 2 in a moderate restaurant 30 euro
1kg plain dark bread 1.20 euro
cheap lunch for workbreak 5-6 euro in certain places
1 bottle = 1/2 liter beer in supermarket about 90 cents
1/2 liter beer in restaurant 3.50 - 4.50 euro
cheapest new car about 12000 euro
