Is Smoking Pot legal in Austria? i dont know but its good! No, it isn't. It's a criminal offense, yes. no, but in vienna police tend to look the other way when it comes to recreational smokers. they know full well where the smokers gather and never bother to bust them. so there are loads of public places(parks,cafes,bars) where it is openly smoked.people often smoke it casually like a cigarette walking down the street. it is legal to buy a grow kit with seeds and everything though. its the dealers the cops want to bust. Nope it's not legal - in Vienna the police isn't too strict when it comes to small amounts of drugs, but the farer you go to the countrysite the stricter police is going to react. (especially in the western parts of the country). Take care! NO!!!! they are tougher there than most other European countries. |
