How do asian people stay so slim? what do eat each day? share your secrets please?

i actually dont know
i eat a lot of vegies and rice but i try to balance my consumptions on fatty foods
i also try not to eat stuff with coconut oil cause it causes pimples

A lot of fish and veggies and they don't stay glued to the TV all day. They stay busy, either with work or something else.
