Studying abroad in Fiji? Information on Fiji needed.?

Hey so I'm looking at studying abroad in either Fiji, NZ, or Australia. Fiji really interests me but I would like some information on it....what is the University of South Pacific like? What do people (not tourists) do for fun there? What is Suva, the town the university's located in, like?

Ok im livin in Fiji n hav studied in USP, the uni u mentioned.

So if ur cumin to Fiji i wud like to remind u it is a very hot place esp rite now, we face rain a lot in Suva as well.

We have a great restaurants in town(offerin indian food,european in mo classy restaurants), cinemas . Fiji is a small place so malls r small. The university is rite next to a beach. Theres a pool @ uni if ud like to use it. There's a pool for public use in the city.U will find a lot of cheap chinese restaurants hea, wid good food.

We have cheap accomodation available in flats around the university. also u cud stay in a hostel.

I wud say if u come here pack lots of summer clothes dat wud keep u cool eg shorts, tshirts.

The university itself is great. I enjoyed my studies, tutors n lecturers r frendly. The people r frendly. U will see smiles everywea.

Fiji is not a rich country in money terms but we're rich in terms of the way we treat people. We dont live in a country,we live in a community.

our weakness hea is a lot of burglaries but if ur smart u wont get mugged. stayin wid a lot of frends will make ur visit n studies in fiji mo comfortable. If ur cumin alone u will have no trouble findin frends. u'l make mo den u want..lol!
