if you want to know all these, The best place to visit is Angkor wat temple in Siem Reap. and the beach in Shiahanouk Ville, very natural beach, alot of places to visit but it depend on the time you have, if you want to see the VERY natural mountain or forest it takes you so much time but i can recommend you somewhere like Pailin in Battambang Province(waterfall, Blue Mountain ....), Rattanakiri and Modulkir (waterfall, natural mountain, wildlife....) very very green country.

acutally there is no difficult rule for you to be aware of. The big thing is you have to aware of is accused of being sex with children.

The Hotel rate is cheap, you can find it every where when you reach Phnom Penh, guest house is more cheaper.

everything here is not expensive at all.
people are very nice and their english not bad.

Thailand! Fewer restrictions than Singapore, Indonesia and Malaysia. Tourism is big business in Thailand. Hotels in all price ranges, a cheap hotel with air, hot water and private toilet is around 600 baht. Transportation is great in Thailand too!

Malaysia is okay, cheaper than Singapore. Singapore is more expensive than Bangkok or KL. Indonesia around Bali is nice but it is a Muslim country that has peculiarities related to religion. Some terrorist activity far south, Timor area. Bali is nice - more expensive than Bangkok though!

No prior visa required for all of these countrie for short stays if you are from certain countries. Backpacking is easier in Thailand and probably not too bad in Malaysia too!

I think Thailand is safer than Indonesia if you are not a Muslim and want to party a little bit. Singapore nightlife is okay if you have the money. City is clean, transportation is okay - hotels not cheap compared to Thailand. Malaysia is okay in a rural way.

Beaches, history, temples, elephants, bars and bargirls, cheap transportation, cheap hotels, cheap taxi rides - Thailand!

it's bigger than m'sia an s'pore and has plenty to offer. beautiful beaches, lush tropical rain forest, modern city, sex, temples and many many more.

Thailand would be a good choice. But Philippines would be best!
