What country in Asia do you like most and WHY?

The Philippines tops my list. The people are friendly....I can't ask for more!

Singapore is next. Although, democracy in Singapore is quite artificial, I like the cleanliness of this city state.

Hong Kong lands on the top 3. It is just so cheap to go to Hong Kong to enjoy shopping.

I will be in Manila and Singapore in 2 weeks time.... Can't wait anymore!

Singapore because they speak english

I don't know aobut that. The only one I've ever been to is Korea. And it sucks.

Japan because I like the language and the cute drawing.

I also like the whole style and everything. I don't know why- Always have.

Dubai in United Arab Emirates (yes its in Asia, since you didnt specify)
and its just so tourist friendly.

Singapore! Its where I live.

Japan because the japanese culture is very interesting. Plus there are historical elements everywhere all the while the country is so modern! Also I have to ad that the landscape are impressive since 3/4 of the country are mounts and mountains.

The down side is that being there is so expensive...

Im from the Philippines though and I am biased towards my country ^_^

Its a country constantly invaded
1st by the Austronesians
2nd by the Indianized Kingdoms of the Malay Archipelago
3rd by Chinese Hegemony
4rth by Islamic Supremacists
5th by the Spaniards via Mexico
6th by the Americans
(Then the Japanese)

Its just interesting to see how different layers of colonial rule and enslavery can do to a people and nation but unfortunately for us, each invader (Especially the bible bashing Spaniards) keeps destroying the footprints of its predescessor hence we are left with little physical evidence of the way of life before them.

P.S us Filipinos also speak english ^_^

The Philippines definitely, for the extremely nice people and the amazingly good food. Plus the countryside is very beautiful. Just stay out of the cities, too crowded and dirty.
