What is the temperature in Ushuaia between mid december and early jan. Is it easy to get to chile from ushuaia

1)would like to lravel into Chile from Ushuaia ,how difficult is this? means of transportation, cost and time?
2) We are budget travellers ,cost of accommodation for a couple days
3) what is appropriate dress for the weather between mid december to early january.
4)suggestions of places to go and things to see.
