Graphic Design in Spain or Argentina?

I am from the US and looking into doing a graphic design internship in Spain (probably Valencia since its a lot cheaper than Madrid or Barcelona) or Buenos Aires. I am wondering if anyone has done a graphic design internship in these places. Also, if anyone knows anything about the graphic design industry in these place that would be helpful. Is Spain or Argentina the right place to go for graphic design. Is graphic design big in these countries? I am choosing to go to either of these countries to better my Spanish as well as internship

I think you should choose Argentina because publicists and designers from here are very good and usually requested to work in many other countries.
Living in Buenos Aires will be cheaper for you than living in Spain, since US$1 is a lil more than AR$3.-
If you want to study, you can go to the UBA (University of Buenos Aires), which is free, or pay a private Uni, which will cost you around AR$500 per month.
If you just wish to do an internship, try a Work & Travel programme :)
