If you are looking for work, be prepared for a shock on salary.

If you are looking for someone to design cheaply, again be prepared for a shock when you approach them - they pay poor salaries, but look for first-world rates!

I have been looking for a graphic web-designer for three months. I have a two to three-month in-house design and SEO project and I have been 'hard-pushed' to find the right person. Either really 'techie' with no eye for design, or good designers with very basic HTML skills - am I looking for the holy grail?

I have just advertised in Uruguay, as I am told it has more designers out of work at cheaper rates.

My best advice! Get an Argentinean to appoach your target companies with a detailed written specification and negotiate on your behalf before giving away your hand.
