How many Argentine people speak English out of 10?

How many Argentine people speak English out of 10?

Upper Class consists of 10% of population: 10/10
Middle Class consists of 40% of population: 8/10
Lower Class consists of 50% of population: 2/10

These numbers are made up, but they are my best guess as I have lived in Argentina before, and traveled there many times.

The ladies are beautiful though, and people watching is fun even if they don't speak English. (My ex-girlfiend felt the same way about the men).

Young & Middle Class/Upper Buenos Aires - 6 out of 10
Old Buenos Aires - 3 out of 10
Poor Buenos Aires - 0 out of 10
Touristy Area like Bariloche/Ushuaia - 8 out of 10 in hotel, etc.
Non-Touristy Areas - 1 out of 10

3 Out of 10

People in Argentina are very friendly and all of them think they can speak english very well ...but they dont...BUT at least they try...so you are not going to have any problems ...cause in restaurants and shops they can talk and of course in tourist areas..
i guess is 1 to 10 ( a very good english)
6 of 10 (a bad english) hehe

I would say in the Capital City 4 out of ten and in the rest of the country 1 out of ten.

I would say 1 out of ten.

all people from Argentina I've ever met spoke English so I've to say 10 out of 10
