Not sure what your question is, however coincidentally a friend also received contact from this address recently. Because he was expecting a legitimate diplomatic contact from within Nigeria he contacted the U.S. State Department who confirmed this address is associated with a number of scams operating out of Lagos. Also, it is well established that many internet scams over the years have originated in Nigeria.
In short, whatever your question, please beware and do not trust any communication associated with this address.

if you have not applied for it... just do not respond to it... delete all their correspondence...

and do not pay anything...

definet SCAM, if these people contacted you and you have no idea who they are, it most likely a scam, think about it, in an Ocean of People why would they single you out. The Scam Business in Nigeria is a Multi Million Dollar Industry, to them it is just a Job, a way to make ends meet, they have no moral qualms about it, they see it Justified because white people enslaved Africa and they see it as a way to Pay back for their Misery.

It is a scam. Total doesn't send out appointment letters at random. Check out their website ... or Shell's website as many multinationals are used as fronts for scams, by senders that use Yahoo, Gmail or Hotmail accounts.
