Can Sal Island (Cape Verde) be the best place to live in the world??

Me and my wife are trying to find the best place to live in the world. We are going to have a baby soon as well .Some people said Sal Island is the best place to live because the weather is like 26 C all year round and the locals are friendly. i want to ask can it be the best place to live with your family?

Me and my wife are trying to find the best place to live in the world. We are going to have a baby soon as well .Some people said Sal Island is the best place to live because the weather is like 26 C all year round and the locals are friendly. i want to ask can it be the best place to live with your family?I am living in Turkey right now.I want to move a place that has no traffic and a good nature.

I know the Cape Verde Islands. I live at a hot spot destination but I always enjoyed to visit Cape Verde. But - not Sal! The other Islands are a wonderfull vacation destination if you do not want to do anything than relax and if you can afford to dine in the rare foreign restaurants, because there is NOTHING to buy. The beaches are just wonderful like also the people are adorable.

The Cape Verde Islands belong to one of the poorest countries on earth and as much I love to visit them, it would be the last place to move to. You are going to have a baby? Do you know how poor healthcare is on Cape Verde? What's about your child's education? Well, education is offered to a handfull people who can afford to send their kids to schools to Lisboa.

Not knowing where you are coming from and what's your lifestyle I'll make a long story short:

Pros:
nice weather
Very friendly people
Nice white beaches
Very good place to relax
Very low crime rate

Cons:
Very poor healthcare
No hospitals, no Specialists
Poverty
hardly no variety on food (tuna, tuna, tuna and tuna again)
no higher education system
no universities
no job opportunities
no transportation system
no entertaiment

Why do you not visit certain places first before you make up your mind? And please be so responsible also to think about your child's future.

Cape Verde - love this place to relax - but not to live.

All the best!

edit: just read the last part of your question. If you do not want to have heavy traffic around you, well just do not move to any big city. Live in the country somewhere. Btw: if you should be a Turk, please be aware there are no Muslims living in Cape Verde at all.
Please feel free to email me if you want to. I know both. Turkey and turkish people and Cape Verde and it's people.

where are you came from if you live in US LA is the best
