Is it likely that I could find a job in Qatar?

I am a 21 year old male. I was born in North Carolina and I speak English very well, however, I do not speak any Arabic. I graduated from high school with a 3.0 and was certified by a casino school but I have no further education. My only work experience has been at a mental health company for eight months as a mentor and caretaker and as a casino dealer for four months. I am working as a waiter now, and have only two months experience. What is the job market like in Qatar?

You might be able to find a job working for a USA contracting company there. That is what a buddy of mine did.
