you dont have to cover your hair.
you should be dressed modestly.
do not show much of your bosom, arms , legs , and back.
wear a blouse or t-shirt with a skirt or trousers .
a dress is ok.
the point is that you dont expose unnecassary parts of your body .

You dont have to cover your hair, but dress modestly i.e. no shorts and vests, try to cover your shoulders and knees, you will be treated with more respect this way.
