In which parts of the Middle east is the 'thumbs up' gesture rude? |
I've read that in Iran and Iraq the 'thumbs-up' gesture is very rude, not having the benevolent 'that's fine' meaning of much of Europe and the US. Is this true too of elsewhere in the Middle East? And if so, where? Good info!! I didn't know that! yeah in Iran its rude,it has the same meaning az middle finger-up in other cultures |
