What is your impression of Singaporeans?

Your question is basically one hard one to knock.

What is basically a true blooded Singaporean? I cannot discuss with you really a ture Singaporean without referring to the Ethnic lineage or affiliation of one.

As an example the Chinese and the Indian Singaporeans. describing them is just like describing the Chinese from Mainland and the Indians from the Subcontinents.

The Malay Singaporeans are likewise. The culture, the habits, the way of thinking could be similarized to the Malays of Indonesia, Malaysia and vicinity.

It's just like asking who are the real Americans (which the real ones are the Native Indians who were marginalized by the Irish, French, Italians, and other European Settlers ... and by the way, wait for the emergence of the Chinese and Indian/Pakistan/Bangladesh/Sri Lankas Americans !)
