No. National Express only. Flying is quicker and cheaper.

They do but the fastest route is the National Express East Coast Rail route from London Kings Cross to Edinburgh. The train is usually as cheap or cheaper than flying if you book in advance and of course you'll see a large area of the U.K. on route. For advance bookings go to this website
