What hotel in Edinburgh?

Hi. I am looking for superior accomodation, anywhere under $600/night is fine by me- four or five stars is obviously preferable.

The Apex City Hotel on Grassmarket is a $200/night 4-star hotel. I've stayed there twice, and I'd strongly recommend it.
