Where in Edinburgh, Scotland, is the tiny scale model of the city?

I saw in a travel video a tiny scale model of Edinburgh's New Town done in metal on the sidewalk but it didn't say where? Does anyone know?

It is beside the Royal Scottish Academy & National Art Gallery in the square at the foot of The Mound just halfway along Princes Street
