What are some great places in Ecuador?

spanish project.

I like Guyaquil. There is a bus tour that goes around the whole city and lets you see the diversity of the city and the beautiful architecture. Lots of places to walk and tons of places to shop. The currency is the US dollar which is nice and I loved the park that was full of Iguanas and snapping turtles. (DO NOT walk under the trees you are VERY likely to get an Iguana turd bomb) I found the best Aligator hornback wallets in the artesanal for 6 bucks. If you can, go to the Galapagos. Worth the $100.00 entrance fee (Which you have to pay in cash) The best sites are really underwater. Dont forget to get an "I love boobies" tshirt.. which references.. of course, the blue footed boobie.. mostly. The marine iguanas are cool and there are penguins (True!!) on the Galapagos.

I think its a beautiful country, some great places i went to when i last went was La Canoa restaurant in Guayaquil, can't go there without stopping at that restaurant. Bah铆a de Car谩quez is absolutely stunning, i went whale watching and later went to Fragatas Island which is also beautiful. Other nice places in Ecuador is the Malec贸n 2000, its a nice place to shop, walk, and just enjoy the day, it borders the Guayas River and you can walk along the Malec贸n and see a bunch of historical buildings and monuments that are very important to Ecuador.

The Galapagos Islands are one of the most visited places in Ecuador, although I've never been there, i've heard they are beautiful and full of diversity.

Mi amiga, i am from ecuador and it is a great place, you know, the capital quito, has great places, like the colonial area, the "virgen del panesillo" was built in the colonial times and is a statue of the virgin staring down on quito. the bigget city there, called guayaquil, is a marvel of engenering, the malecon 2000 is an old street overooking the river guayas, what a sight. the third largest city, cuenca is also a colonial marvel, the people there are a little more old fashieoned, but you will learn alot about the tradition there. the mountains of the andean range are just wonderful, you could stay there months and still not figure them out. you should think about the galapagos silands too, but im sure you know about it. there is a place called montanita, it is abeach, oh, it is not a very populated beach, so you will have fun, the food is grat, and the ppl are friendly. i could go on for pages, but that is for you to find out, farewell, and may you find my country fascinating
