I am struggling to find an apartment in Aalborg, Denmark.Any indian in Aalborg who can help me in finding one.

I need to get the apartment on rent for 3 of us.

I'm not Indian, but I've recently been looking for apartments in Denmark and might have some tips that will help you.

First, the only 2 decent free listings I found were at Flytteklar.dk and Ledige-Lejligheder.dk. Craigslist.com is also free and has some listed occasionally, but beware the scams there--if they're listed in Euros and sound very "generic" and not in Danish, then it's probably not for real.

The 2 best paid searches I found were DBA.dk and BoligPortalen.dk. DBA is only 49kr for 1 month access. BoligPortalen is 295kr. It's probably not worth purchasing access to these until you see something that was just listed and that you are really interested in.

In Copenhagen, at least, it's still a very competitive market, with flats getting many calls within an hour of being listed. You have to act fast; phone first if at all possible. Emailing the leasor often does not get you in fast enough. I learned from experience!
