there are many walking distance and best of all... a taxi ride away and under 5 dlls. the best ones are the ones a little bit further away cause they are cheaper and in the long run.

just make sure it is something you can cross to avoid having problems at the border.

There are pharmacies in virtually all border towns, along with dentists, optometrists and liqueur stores.
They all sell everything as the 'cheapest in town' and for you, 'almost free'.
