What are some good things to do in Ciudad Juarez?

What are some fun things to do in this city? Are there any good vegetarian places to eat?

I lived in El Paso Texas for many years and Mexico has cleaned up Juarez a lot. Do you or have you ever been to a Bull Fight, Greyhound Racing a lot of very good clean and cheap food places. For me though I would never step foot in Mexico due there very lousy police all on the TAKE Do Not Drive your car into Mexico/ There are many many Strip shows there some which you will NEVER forget I promise.

I went to a bullfight there a couple of years ago.Although I am a big man(6'2",220 lbs.) I knew enough not to wander around Mexico alone.If you just want to see a bullfight ,you can catch a shuttle from the El Paso civic center which will take you straight to the bullfight arena and pick you up out front when it's over.You will pay for everything in El Paso.Besides you don't want to drive in Mexico and it's too far to walk from El Paso to the bullfights

as far as food is concerned, I cook mexican food all the time, and the holiday inn express has a "Sanborn's" restaurant attached. It is as good as you can get at any restaurant.

The prices at the other fancier restaurants are very high, and not really that good.

I would recommend taking a taxi...not walking. My husband is mexican and got nervous walking through the area on foot!
There are a lot of murders down there, but mostly to women, and from some documentaries I have seen, some security guards and bus drivers have been implicated.
