We always just play at our local bar, Animations. There are 3 tables there, cheap beer and a casual atmosphere. I also suggest Sneaky Petes in Milford or Bocca Billiards.

Dave & Busters but they are expensive.

The Brazenhead Pub on Tylersville Road in West Chester has a couple of tables. Its a great bar, and also a decent restaurant (they are on different floors of the building, dont worry). So its not a great ppol hall or anything, but it is a good/fun place to play.
