What is your favourite suburb in Christchurch and Why?

It would be quite fun just to see which part of the city you absolutely love and why you enjoy that particular part of Christchurch.

Sumner - because of the beach! It is also the end of the Coast to Coast - great to watch them come in!

i like riccarton. have got family friends that live there so spent time there in school holidays when i was younger

Riccarton is good as its close to the mall, close to Hagley park and town...I lived in that area for a couple of years at uni ( it was also close to uni).......

I also lived in St Albans/Merivale which was centrally located which was good too and I like the area.

The city. Lots of good restaurants

cashmere great place to live that where i would buy my second home good location

merivale. its pretty and close to inner city. also has the best cafes and some good bars. lots of snobs tho.
